Sarah Coventry was a very well known name because it was marketed on TV and women's magazines.

"Sarah" in a diamond
"SARAH'; "Coventry"
"SC"
"SAC"
"SaC"
Many signatures also included the copyright symbol.
They also use the names Lady Coventry and Lord Coventry for some of their pieces.
